O7S MES
The execution system for device-imaging warehouses and rack-integration floors. O7S MES tracks every work order from intake to certificate, keeps the whole floor on one system with the right role for every person, and turns live operations into the Sense signal that feeds the O7S loop.
Run the floor, end to end
Built for EUC device imaging and datacenter rack integration — the work between receiving hardware and shipping a finished, certified build.
Work orders & builds
Track every job from intake through imaging, integration, and burn-in. Saved builds reopen in one tap — on the floor or on a phone.
Quality & certificates
Quality workflows with sign-off, and Certificates of Conformance generated automatically and deposited to your CoC repository.
A role for everyone
Operators, supervisors, engineering, quality, and viewers each get the right view — shared floor stations and kiosks are first-class.
Notifications that arrive
An outbox relayed through your own SMTP, so shipment notices and quality escalations reach real inboxes.
Backups by default
Nightly snapshots kept automatically, in-app backups, and take-your-data export — your production record is never hostage.
The Sense layer
Throughput, downtime, and utilization stream off the floor as live signals — the first step of Sense → Forecast → Scale.
Your server, the edge, or fully offline
The same application runs three ways, and detects its backend at runtime — no rebuild, no separate versions. That's right-sizing applied to the software itself: run exactly as much infrastructure as your floor needs, and not more.
On your own hardware it installs as a Windows service with shared SQLite persistence and nightly on-server snapshots. On the Cloudflare edge it runs serverless at your own domain. And it degrades gracefully to a fully offline, per-browser mode.
Where MES goes next
The MES track keeps growing toward the full right-sized factory: barcode and QR scanning, ZPL label printing, ERP import, andon and shift handover, OEE dashboards, and burn-in genealogy — each one deepening the Sense signal the loop runs on.
“Operational systems feeding capacity planning is what makes a product solid — the MES is where that feedback loop touches the floor.”— Our Seventh Sense
