He leads the vision for a platform that connects operational systems to capacity planning and forecasting, and lets automation and dynamic scaling deliver right-sized growth — so companies expand without sprawl, and invest exactly what the business needs.
Nivethidha Napoleon
Nivethidha masterminded this new initiative and serves as Chairperson of the company. She shapes the strategy and stewardship that keep O7S true to its mission — championing the feedback loop between operations and planning, the discipline of the right investment, and the environmental-first, growth-positive principles at the heart of everything the company builds.
